Delivering Special Provision Locally (DSPL) is a Hertfordshire-wide partnership which provides a range of services for the local community that meets the needs of children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), aged 0-25.

DSPL9 covers the areas of Watford, Three Rivers, Bushey and Radlett.  Schools and families can access DSPL9 services if they live in these areas, or have children who attend a school in DSPL9.

DSPL9 Parent Newsletters are published fortnightly and include a summary of courses, workshops, training and events available to parents and families within DSPL9.
