The Newberries PSHE Curriculum strives to:

• Ensure all pupils have access to a curriculum that enables them to understand their feelings and thoughts, keep safe, healthy and how to be responsible individuals within the school and wider community.
• Be a school that provides all children with opportunities to talk about how they feel and understand their feelings, including opportunities for pupils to take part in mindfulness activities.
• Ensure that all pupils are prepared for life and understand how they relate to others.
• Follow our school values through monthly assemblies and PSHE lessons on the focused value of the month.
